We've had some major events posted over the past week that cover the entire spectrum of gaming:
Board Games
The Great Canadian Board Game Blitz (Saturday, 2 slots)

If you're a regular Ontario Con-goer you'll recognize the GCBGB from many gaming events around the province. For the first time ever Gryphcon is proud to be included in that cadre of
conventions that boast hosting a Blitz. We've got some great place prizes lined up and the winner gets to go on to the finals this summer!
Live Action Role Playing
Once Upon A Lifetime (Saturday, 1 slot)

Our LARP crowd is back with a depression era dive into the insane and gruesome horrors of the Cthulhu Live system. Run by long-time Guelph/Waterloo LARPer Jeremy Chun Taite it promises to be an exciting and terrifying dive into early 1930s England.

Warmachine/Hordes 35 Point Steamroller 2013 Tournament (Saturday, 2 slots)

We're bringing back Warmachine and Hordes bigger and better than last year! We've also reached out to Privateer Press this year for official support, so get in while there's room!

Magic the Gathering Standard Tournament (Saturday, 1 slot)

Magic the Gathering Gatecrash Sealed Tournament (Sunday, 2 slots)

The only games at Gryphcon big enough to boast an additional price (only to cover our prizes), our Magic tournaments are run via The Dragon and are getting bigger every year. Space IS limited so reserve your spot today! On top of your convention pass, The Standard tournament is an additional $5 and the Sealed tournament is an additional $20. With Gryphcon's new pass system, both games and a Gamer Convention Pass (access+3 slots) total to $35. Can't get a better deal than that.
