When the necromancer-king Tar-Baphon rose as a lich and threat to conquer all of Avistan, Taldor rallied itsneighbors and led the Shining Crusade, a glorious campaign that defeated the Whispering Tyrant’s armies andsealed him away. For the better part of a millennium, Lastwall has guarded Tar-Baphon’s prison and fended off
the orc tribes to the north, rarely sparing a second thought to the rich archaeological secrets that lie just belowthe soil. A local venture-captain has found a lost chapter to the Tome of Righteous Repose, which chronicles thedemise of countless heroes of the Shining Crusade. At long last, this has earned the Society Lastwall’s blessing touncover these lost sites, lay to rest the fallen crusaders, and repatriate the family heirlooms they carried tobattle.
"From the Tome of Righteous Repose" is an evergreen, replayable scenario designed to provide a flexibleadventure that confronts the PCs with a variety of threats more common to higher-level characters—all whileuncovering the history of one of Avistan’s greatest conflicts. Depending on which lead the PCs take, they mightexplore the proud crusader nation of Lastwall, travel into the gloom-shrouded mountains of Ustalav, or risk an expedition into the orc-ruled wastes of Belkzen in pursuit of lost history.
This scenario is designed for play in Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Guild but can easily be adapted for use with any world. This scenario is compliant with the Open Game License (OGL) and is suitable for use with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game.

Play is organized into Seasons, throughout which the actions and achievements of you and your fellow Pathfinders create an ongoing storyline. Each season consists of numerous scenarios set in a variety of exotic locations across Golarion.
Players of all experience and skill are welcome at our events, some experience with any version of D&D or Pathfinder will provide you a leg up, but is not required.
Seating/Marshalling Policy – Marshalling will begin 10 minutes before the start of the slot, people who have not arrived by 10 minutes after the start of the slot will forfeit their seat to individuals on the wait list. As no shows are common, individuals interested in playing should you join us in the OVC Alumni Hall (UC 103) during marshalling to secure a place in the wait list.
