Its 1938 and despite the Great Depression the Town of Toil, Illinois has managed to thrive thanks to the farming of Soybeans, evolving from a couple of wooden huts to a bustling Township, a central location for the local farmers to ship their harvest to the city, repair tractors, shop, and socialize. You are members of the Toil Police Department a small group who mostly deal with keeping hobos moving along and the occasional drunken farmer. However today the station phone is ringing of the hook with strange happenings around town. What is happening in the Town of Toil?
